You can easily order from our site 7/24 hours a day, you can make your payments by credit card or bank transfer. All product prices you see on our online shopping site include 18% VAT.

It is highly recommended that you register your current and frequently used e-mail address and mobile phone number to the website correctly and completely, in order for us to reach you easily by phone in necessary situations.

Product Delivery Details

Orders placed on our website are delivered by PTT cargo within an average of 1-2 business days following bank approval. The delivery time can be extended according to the distance of the address from Istanbul and the city where the address is located.. PTT cargo has no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Your order that is placed on public holidays will be processed within the first business day, and will be delivered within 3 business days at the latest following bank approval.

For any reason, the products to be delivered late will be notified to you by e-mail, and in case of non-stock products, they will be delivered to the cargo after production.

All your orders will be delivered to you by PTT Cargo. Delivery is free of charge for all of your orders.
